RBS Greenwich Capital hires 15 from Bear Stearns

The Royal Bank of Scotland’s investment banking arm has expanded its mortgage business staff by 16, 15 of whom are from Bear Stearns, at a time when banks are reeling from the sub-prime mortgage crisis.
