Buck joined Schroders in 2001 to head up Schroder Property’s indirect property multi-manager business, and under her leadership it has grown into one of the largest teams in the market. As of June 30, the team had £1.5bn of institutional assets under management. Buck has grown the team from two to 14 investment professionals and expanded the business into Europe and more recently Asia. In difficult market conditions, Schroder Property has outperformed over three, five and 10 years and has attracted six new clients over £200m in assets this year.
